Please note that we are not currently open to unsolicited submissions direct from authors for new books.
We are a small press, operating only part-time and with just the two of us working from home. We also run a croft and have our own writing projects. And so we're not in the office every day, we're not always around to answer the telephone, and we're not always at the computer. We live in an area where there is no mobile telephone reception at all for several miles. Given that, we are professionals, and if you have a genuine enquiry about Two Ravens Press or our authors, we'll do our best to help as soon as we can. But if you need to contact us, then unless it is an urgent media or trade enquiry, PLEASE USE EMAIL rather than telephoning us.
Please do NOT telephone us to offer sales or services of any kind. You are welcome to email us and if we are interested we will follow up with you. If you don't get a reply to your email, it means we're not interested. Please don't continue to bug us or bombard us with unwanted emailed 'newsletters'. We get so many unsolicited offers of services that we have a policy not to respond unless we're interested. Otherwise we'd do little else!

EMPLOYMENT, FREELANCERS, RESEARCHERS
We are a very small press and are unable to offer any kind of temporary or full-time employment opportunities or student placements.
Nor, due to a constant flow of requests, are we able to help with or be interviewed for student research projects.
We do all of our design, art, typesetting, editorial, and proof-reading work in-house, and because we have yet to make anything resembling a profit from our publishing activities, unfortunately we are unable to afford to employ freelance workers. Because of this, and because we are so small, we are unable to respond to the constant flow of enquiries we get from freelancers, especially in the editing and proofreading fields.
CORRESPONDENCE WITH TWO RAVENS PRESS AUTHORS
Please note that if you send correspondence to an author c/o Two Ravens Press we will not forward it to the author unless you include full postage and packing for onward mailing within the UK, or from the UK to overseas if the author is based elsewhere. Please put your correspondence to the author inside a stamped envelope, so that all we need to do is address it and put it into a mailbox.
We do not under any circumstances, whether properly stamped or not, pass on to authors junk mail or unsolicited requests for funding/donations for any cause, no matter how seemingly worthy, even (especially) those with envelopes that are handwritten in an attempt to make us believe it's personal correspondence ...
